Maze - Helping researchers and designers ask better questions

During 5 weeks of Memorisely UX/UI Design immersive online Bootcamp, me and Shanon Raleigh collaborated together to improve the navigation and experience of Maze's mission block, making it easier for the user to understand how to create tasks and add follow-up questions to track the success of each task.

This was a really interesting case study to take on since we were working on a user research tool. Because of this, we were able to learn more about usability testing tools in a hands-on environment. The number one takeaway for us from this case study is the importance of asking the right questions and ensuring that you are not leading the user in any way.
