In 2023, I led a UX redesign of the Discover IES website to enhance content discoverability. Users expressed difficulty finding relevant articles. My focus was on improving information architecture and navigation to create a more intuitive user experience.

To address the challenge of users struggling to find relevant and recent articles, we implemented a robust search function to allow users to quickly locate specific content. According to a report by Forrester, 43% of site visitors go immediately to the search box.
Additionally, we introduced a secondary navigation menu highlighting key article topics, providing a clear and accessible overview of available content.
